“ First time visit, found to be quaint, on the smaller side so tables are close together and pricey. Went on a Sunday and they were very busy with a wait list, being just my nephew and myself we were able to be seated right away at a small bistro table. Had fried mushrooms for an appetizer and they were very good. We had the Shrimp and Triple Threat Po-boys, with fries and onion rings. Everything was very good and came to the table so hot that we had to wait to start eating. Our waitress was courteous and did a great job. The only negative was the onion rings came out about 10 minutes after the entrees, but they were busy with every table taken. Our meal with one soda and a 20% tip was 78 so definitely on the pricey side. ”
“ What can one say about falling in love? I had the hardest time deciding what to try finally settled on the French Twist with sweet potatoes, my husband got the Smothered Redfish Nina. For an appetizer we got the crawfish bread. THERE'S NOTHING LIKE IT! Plus, the atmosphere was lovely, the staff was attentive, friendly, everything you'd ever want. ”
“ The food and service here were amazing! We had a little day trip to Lake Charles from Texas, and we heard some good things about Nina-P's cafe. The atmosphere was great, very cutely decorated, all seating nicely organized. Our server was a very kind girl who answered all of our questions! The food was delicious! The mozzarella sticks were the best mozzarella sticks I had in my entire life. My sweet tea was wonderful, and my chicken burger was amazing! ”
“ Girls lunch! We all went for our first time at Nina P's today. We ordered several menu items and split!! Everything we had was divine. The place was packed!! Service: We were seated quickly and the food came out fast as well...within 15-20 minutes. Crawfish bread, boudain egg rolls, crab Food: cakes, baked potato. Drinks: Bloody Mary and Long Island Iced Tea I highly recommend if you are in Lake Charles to check out this place!! ”

“ LOVE Nina-P’s! Their food is very, very good and highly rated by the locals. They offer indoor and outdoor seating, their atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The staff is VERY accommodating, patient and will go above and beyond to add to your experience. Lunch time can get pretty busy, we went for dinner and they weren’t as swamped. If you haven’t tried Nina’s yet, definitely give them a shot! ”
“ A baseball teammate told me about this place, so my family decided to try it. His good words about the restaurant were fulfilled; with jolly zydeco music, great service, and tasty food, this is a solid spot for a hearty meal. I ordered the Old Fashioned Smash Burger, which was huge. The meat was cooked well, but I mostly tasted the cheese, vegetables, and condiments. Overall, I did enjoy my burger, and the Lays potato chips that came with it were a nice addition. My father ordered the Mardi Gras Stack, which consisted of crab cakes topped with eggs over-easy and fried shrimp, making for a wild but apparently delicious meal; my father really enjoyed this dish. My mother ate the stuffed redfish, which she was not too impressed with, saying that the stuffing wasn’t very flavorful or tasty. We received good service, and the atmosphere, a lively one with the music and overall vibe of the dining area, made for a nice experience. ”
“ Our friends took us here to try some authentic Louisiana food since we aren’t from here, and it is DELICIOUS!!! It was extremely busy when we came in as a party of 8, but our server got to us fast and was very sweet and patient! I really enjoyed my Hamburger Steak and the Loaded Potato was DELICICOUSSS AND MOISST! My boyfriend loved the crawfish sauce and crispy mushrooms. The crab cakes were lightly crispy and tasted authentic! I’ve also never tried Beignets so I was super excited! My friends told me these were a bit more on the moist side, but I still enjoyed them! Although I did enjoy the Cinnamon roll ones better cause that cinnamon sugar is Highly recommend coming here, and especially bringing those who aren’t from the area here to try some yummy authentic Louisiana food . ”
